Q2: What type of fuel should I use to refill the jet flame lighter?

A2: Jettoz™ typically use butane fuel. Get the one with LONG nozzle because most of the short nozzle cause leaking during refill. Recommended to use high-quality butane but others also work.

Q3: How do I refill my jet flame lighter after receiving it?

A3: To refill your jet flame lighter, follow these general steps:

1. Turn On Safety Lock: When not in use, by tuning the button, the lighter cannot be turned on, effectively avoiding accidents.
2. Turn Off the Flame Adjuster: Ensure the flame adjuster is turned to the lowest setting to prevent accidental ignitions during refilling.
3. Release Air: Hold the lighter upside down and press the refill valve with a small tool, like a screwdriver, to help release any trapped air inside the lighter.
4. Insert Butane LONG Nozzle: Insert the LONG nozzle of the butane fuel can into the refill valve on the bottom of the lighter. Make sure it fits securely.
5. Refill Slowly: Press the butane can's nozzle down into the valve. The butane will flow from the can into the lighter. Refill slowly and steadily to prevent overfilling or splashing.
6. Wait: After refilling, wait a few minutes to allow the butane inside the lighter to stabilize to ensure a safe and effective ignition.
7. Check for Leaks: Wipe off any excess fuel from the lighter and your hands. Check for any signs of fuel leakage before attempting to light the lighter.
8. Ignite and Adjust: Ignite the flame using the ignition button or switch, and adjust the flame size to your preference.
